Lean on me was awesome ! I couldnt believe that. I didnt know they even played music outside . It was loud too. Thank goodness because hopefully too many couldnt hear me well. LOL

There’s room. Those are things I can’t live without. The rest of my things are three hours north in the new place. But since the house wasn’t fully packed, not everything made it onto the moving truck. I’ve been “finishing up” for over a month.

Im in the boonies Bruce. I dont really have a town. Versailles is closer and is in Ripley co. but I have a Madison addy which is Jefferson Co. and heres the kicker. I live in Ripley co. LOL
They like to call this area Rexville because every 5 miles has to have a different name you know. hahhaa but Im not really close to that either.

I have the same thing Granny. My address is Abilene Texas, which is Taylor county and my mail comes from the main post office downtown but I actually live across the county line in Callahan County.

I remember mom and I stopped at a fruit stand once and here was there 2 fat old men in rocking chairs in bib overalls smoking a pipe and one was talking to mom. Said he didnt remember seeing her anywhere and she said we hadnt lived her that long. He said, Well, Im the mayor of elrod . We cracked up all the way home. See, elrod has about 3 houses to it, no stores although there might be a man on the corner that sells bait.
