I can ask for that but not sure how that would work. He needs 3 days advance notice to stopp the blood thinners. I picked my PPs up today and there is 2 injections for Tom. Umm... ? Something to do w/ the surgery/procedure ? I guess their nurses dont do crap anymore.

I thought about that, but if they have a cancellation with enough warning...

well you can see the wound is getting worse every day. I think he will still end up w/ amputation even if he does get unblocked.

Yeah. Hard to tell from a pic, but the skin away from the wound doesn't look very healthy.

How are you doing Wishing ? Is #2 still enjoying collage ?

He seems to be content. Would be happier of he had a car up there. We are trying to get him one for spring break. He made 2 loaves of sour dough bread in the dorm community kitchen last weekend, so I guess he is a little bored. He likes to cook, and that was the first bread for him. Looked beautiful.

That's good. Maybe he can get Tom moved up on the list.
Ask about the nurse's duties too. Maybe they can arrange for someone to come if Tom needs a bath. They should.

If ? He hasnt had one in 2 months. Poor guy. Im doing all I can. Its just not enough. That dry shampoo I bought is terrible. Do mens barbers have shampoo bowls ? You wont know. LOL You do all your men yourself.

Tape a bag over his bad foot and put him in your big tub! Robert can help get him out.

You could take him into a ladies salon with sinks and ask them to wash his hair. Maybe they would do it cheap. The hospice nurse had an inflatable thingy that worked as a hair wash sink in bed. Mom didn't have to get up and got her hair clean.
