Morning all, Been up for a while. Trying to talk myself into going out. I sure dont want to but that coffee.... LOL
The government came to an agreement on the stimulus package. I dont know if anyone on SS will get anything or not.
Tom is keeping the tv on spanish speaking channels now. One of us is going to learn the language .
Today I wish someone could deliver what I need and some food too ! Even if its pizza.
I have been craving some scallops and I actually found them for sale at aldies but I didnt buy them. No idea how to cook them. I remember them being very tender and juicy. battered I think.

I would fry them in butter, they can also be baked. My favorite is Coquilles St. Jacques.
