I think about virus being on dollar Bill's and change. I never want to touch receipts, I just tell the clerk to please put it in the bag. I am not going out without a mask either. We drink a lot of milk. I will definitely go out. Got to keep the dairy farmers in business and the stores too. Every little bit helps to keep the economy going.
You really have to be in close proximity to an infected person for at least 15-20 mins to catch the virus. There is very little evidence that people are catching it out of the air, except for medical staff in hospitals where they are in close proximity for a long time with lots of virus around. Still, don't risk it unnecessarily. Other than someone sneezing or coughing in your face, you will not get the virus unless you give it to yourself. Mucous membranes in eyes, nose and mouth are the way the virus gets in. Some infected person sneezes in their hand then picks up some canned goods and puts them back and walks away. You come along and pick up the same can and get virus on your hand. You are safe as long as you don't touch your eyes, nose, or mouth. Wash your hands frequently with lots of soap and hot water and do not touch your face and you will most likely be fine. If someone is sneezing or coughing, run the other way. If you act like everything is contaminated, you will be safe.
Good night, PC. Sleep well.I just not eating. I am gonna go to bed. Talk to you tomorrow.
I think cardboard is like 3 hours, stainless steel 3 days. Maybe the virus dries out on the cardboard since it is porous, sucks the "moisture" out of it?Dont it live on cardboard for like 3 days ?
With open blisters you should be even more careful about clean hands, and not because of corvid.
Remember I told you about a stuck chick? I figured it wasn't going to live. But, amazingly it is hanging in there!![]()
Maybe clean with a 10% bleach solution and air out well. This year has been bad for my hatch rates. After this round of hatching eggs are done I am going to shut down and scrub the incubator again. I am thinking I missed a spot or something. Cause I am not even getting 50% on my own eggs.
Are they quitting part way into incubation? This year has been bad for my hatch rates. After this round of hatching eggs are done I am going to shut down and scrub the incubator again. I am thinking I missed a spot or something. Cause I am not even getting 50% on my own eggs.
