Granny's gone and done it again

They are getting to lockdown and die without pipping. Thinking I may have had a bad egg in there and missed a spot. I may have to tear the entire thing apart to scrub all the parts.
Are the air cells the right size at lockdown? I've had a few eggs make it to lockdown and not hatch. The eggs had huge chicks and couldn't get into position to hatch.

Everything looks good at lockdown. Not my first time hatching. I am thinking since they are moved to the bottom layer that it is something down there that I missed. Everything looks great at lockdown. It has me thinking it is down on that level. I even scrubbed the hatching trays. I do know I had temp issues at one point cause everything is hatching 2 to 4 days behind schedule. But the non-hatch rate is way too high for my own eggs.

Strange. Hope you get it figured out.

I scrubbed it last fall with a bleach solution. Then I did it again a week before I started it back up. Let it air dry with the door pinned open. Everything is developing as normal. They are just not hatching. Like they get to hatch and die.
What is your humidity level? What type of incubator is it?
