Yes ma’am. I think it’s a knockout, but there are some long parts that act like they want to climb. It doesn’t get enough sun so it’s leaning toward the light.

The gardening group said go ahead and cut it back at least a third, and thin it out. I’m going to try to propagate some of the canes.

It's very old and came with a hutch and a sideboard. The chairs are covered in gold crushed velvet fabric... wretch!
Since I am the only one with kids, I got the joy of hosting most of the family gatherings. Needed a big table for that and I do like the other pieces that came with it... so there it is!

I have the same thing ! I recovered the chairs. Still didnt like them so the table itself is outside w/ most the chairs. I decided family gatherings were not a good enough reason to look at them the whole year. They could sit somewhere else. Then those stopped too .

I have really teenie violets that pop up here and there. The plants would fit on a quarter!

I figured because I am a city gal and I know stuff about critters that it has to be common knowledge.
This city gal should not have as much knowledge as she does on some subjects.

Somehow one night we got on the topic at work. They didn't believe me so I googled pics to show. They were horrified.

All I remembered was the barbed part.

I've had to cath a few. Once you are up close and personal it's kinda hard to forget.
