endo dr wanted me to do that for the appt. So did reg. dr. I told them I dont know how to do that.

The other thing that may work is those scrubber sheets like they put on sponges. I used to use polyester fiber chunks to rub it off too.

that straight razor will take it right off. No scrubbing.
Just keep it away from the silicone !
