Hope robert gets better. He should write down what he eats so he quits having flares. Glad toms foot is doing well. How is his pulse this am? Prob the pain medicine making it so slow.

thanks h2o, Thats right about Roberts diet, I will mention it to him. Its not just what he eats though. He is pretty stressed right now .
Tom is in pain. I havent checked his pulse today. The batteries went dead in my pulse/ox and when I listed to his heart he was back in afib. Even drs cant find his pulse by hand.

Wow, so much on your plate. Alotof worry. What kind of batteries does it take?

I am ok, just hanging in. I have a lot of joint pain and inflammation. I have been writing my food down to see what is causing it. Some days I feel great.others not so much. I have been having pre diabetes for a couple of years now so I am getting serious about my diet. They say you can totally reverse type two diabetes by your-eating and fasting. I do feel better when I stay low carb. I didn’t think I could fast but I have been doing it. I think the sad truth is they make all the processed food to be highly addictive. I have been cooking a lot more.
