It has a bit of fat in it and although its cooked I fried it in some butter w/ mashed and creamed corn. I think everyone liked it except for the heat.

Its spicy Twist, etable but need to get rid of some of that heat.

have you tried just rinsing it in the sink that should "wash off" some of the spice.

That sounds dangerous to the guide on the ground

there's a long solid metal handle so not to bad although it gets a little "interesting" when buried boulders are "discovered"

have hauled in about 42 dozen eggs this week and I am down to 3 dozen large everything else is sold and out the door. Might have to try and sneak out to the farm today.
