How did it happen?

I got off the mower to open the gate and it swung back on me so I gave it a little bump w/ the mower. It hit the ground and the bottom bar twisted. Its rusted and barely hanging on. I called the man who said give him a day or so to look around.

You broke the one they just put in? Wasn't it a used one?
They should fix or replace it for you.

the fence posts they used for the gate is 4 ft. This gate I posted is 6 and would match everything else plus its $10.00 more. Im wondering if they can make it fit.
