Mama and bitties out. Peach just hanging out “on guard”. I have been so lucky with her and the chickens.

tumor’s getting big. There’s more bleeding. Not surprising. Still eating, still herself just a little uncomfortable with it all.

continuing communications with the breeder - she has on her website a planned short coat breed very soon - but that’s too soon. she did say she splits her wait lists up by coat type - short and long coat. So I said look the website says you’re planning on this girl’s last litter but I think that’s too soon, can I go on a wait list for a next short coat litter.

we’ll see.

Because we could NOT get all the water bailed out of the stock tank and I did NOT want cold, wet squishy feet/shoes for the entire day.

What Wishing told you about knowing when the time has come is true. My Shadow got very old and tired. I knew it wasnt time yet but time was drawing near. When he lost intrest in food we switched to canned food and he nibbled a little but then started losing weight. It wasnt til he stopped drinking and was sleeping all day and night that I knew the time had come.

I am mad at myself. I have had an outbreak of ich. My white angels laid eggs and was beating everyone up so I moved them and now another pair has laid a big batch. Checking them out I noticed ich in the tank.I treated and bumped temp up then remembered the pair I moved so I treated but didnt have enough so I used salt then remembered all my plants in there. It will surely kill them.

I have salt in my tank. Plants are doing ok.

Puffers eat anything , including other fish and plants!

Anubis should be pretty hardy too.

she’s been on wet/softened food for a while now anyway. I’ve boiled up meat bones for broth for extra tastiness for her too.
And thank god for vet cbd. Seriously. It’s been amazing with her hip issues and I truly think it’s helping her manage this pain too.
