Most farmer will NOT sell that little land. Old homestead go from about 20k to skys the limit. I think I paid 110 k for Twisted Acres with all the buildings most in NOT good condition and fencing was chit, Weeds in some spots 9 ft tall or better.
you stole that place . Wow. I know you have put the work into it though. Paid 90K for this .

That is the mailing address , Taylor is 2 miles east and 14/16 miles north. OR Lefor is 2 miles south and 4 miles west. Gladstone is about 12 miles north of Lefor. OUR fire district is New England which is about 15 miles west of Lefor and another 5 miles south. YET another reason for the name Twisted Acres as it 'don't fit" anywhere properly.

So you got a "fixer-upper." Sounds amazing! How long have you been there, and did you know you were going to raise yaks on it when you bought it? Did it have yaks already or did you have to find them from somewhere?
