Cornbread got done before the soup. I never seen soup so hard to make and frankly it aint all that. Tom has already asked for PB &J w/o tasting it.

Then your seasoning is off, that soup should be delicious.

If you water a plant, the circle where water would drip off the plant is that edge.

The feeder roots extend out to the drip edge. Of course that would be if they were only rain watered. I guess they could stay close to the stem if that is where the water always "falls". I think that is how cabbage and broccoli plants work since their leaves funnel the rain to the center of the plant. They seem to be mostly tap root, not a lot of spread of the feeders.
