Granny's gone and done it again

Danged lil whooptard that I got the boids from yesterday is now advertising 40 - 60 Buff Orph / Silverlaced Wyandott hens. I commented and said... WHY DIDN'T you say that yesterday when I was there? I didn't see the enclosure he's showing nearby.

Dang Cindy!

and thanks granny. Just released the bitties into the backyard...peach had her breakfast. Ground turkey, chicken, peas, carrots and rice. Appointment is for just before vet closing time - so just before noon.

this one was when I was still living up north. Jesse came to visit and I snapped this shot.

Peach and her pal Sierra...who just got put down Thursday....it’s not been a good period of time for our dog group.

we did our road trip cross Canada 9 years ago. She is most comfortable in footwells...and had been settling down alright in the backseat footwells so I had bumped the passenger seat up as far as it could go to give her a little more space. That wasn’t good enough and somewhere in northern Ontario she decided nope. she wanted to be in the front with me. So cruising down the highway she climbs over the console, onto the passenger seat and squeezes herself in. So I pulled over next safe spot I could to move the seat back for her...but not before I took this lol. She was a good road trip buddy.

Motorhome life. Bed isn’t a bed. Bed is merely a pillow.

You have done all that today?
And now the dividing netting is up between C and H's house, and the bigger area for B and his gang.. I took one of the hens out of the hen house and put her on the ground so show her she was safe, and B nailed her in 15 seconds flat.. Guess he had been waiting on some tail!

May G-d Bless you and Keep You,

And give you peace.

Three days later po po show up at my door about a dog dispute.. I say there ain't no dispute, I'm not paying vet bills for someone else's dog.
Hey if the woman doesn't keep her dog on her property it isn't YOUR fault!

The snake bit me.
You should have bitten it back so it could see that biting hurts and it wouldn't do that any more ;)

Im gonna cry if its no good. LOL
Is it fairly red? Pick it and put it in a paper bag. In theory they actually ripen better that way compared to leaving them on the vine.

yeppers LOTS , honestly its not the kneeling so much and getting them to work right after being in a "set position" for a bit.
I know that feeling. Work to stand up then stay there a bit before trying to walk ... like the Tin Man before he got oiled. Yep, pain.

stopped at the store and got just a head of lettus and a loaf of bread, The checker looked confused, so I told her I was making " Lettus wraps." OMG the look I got then.
Lettuce wraps? Don't people who make those use the lettuce in place of the bread?

At least now I have hope.
Hope will carry you along Pro. Peach was a very good buddy for you :hugs

Lets go !
You have to wait 6 years, didn't you look at your ticket? You better put it someplace safe.

Hahaha, that reminded me of a joke after I went over and sat in the papasan for a nap...

Young bull says to his father: Hey dad, let's run down there and nail us a cow.
Old bull responds: Why don't we just walk down there and get them all?

I fell asleep . Just back up. Bruce, I need to get in line early. LOL

Star, I will miss your pictures and adventures of Peach. I will miss her. You are such a good doggy mama . You have done everything she needed right up til she didnt need you anymore. Its such a crying shame our critters have such shorter life spans then we do . Any dog in the future will be lucky to have you. F# CANCER I love you Star.

Since these hens must be wanting a break from egg laying and are apparently resting up in the hen house, and since they need to regrow some feathers, would it be safe to put them back on flock grower? I still have quite a bit left, and the rest are old enough to go on layer feed.
