You just start it in the ground then dig it up?Sprout mats are like a square of carpet that the sprouting seeds make when the roots grow and start getting all tangled together.. I'm soaking my seeds in a tray.. it's on the back deck where the seeds can receive warmth. May need to move it to the front deck where there's constant shade.. But then I have to remember to keep them 'watered'.You just start it in the ground then dig it up?
Thanks. I usually do drain and rinse. Just wondered what others do.I would at least drain them if not rinsing as well... Ya don't want all that goo in with your veggies.
