Try PowerAde. I likes it better, not as sweet, methinks.

I will take a potassium tablet. I cant stomach that gatoraid or power aid. Tom drinks that.

Robert made some soup a little while ago with limited supervision. Potato/ham/broccoli . He pealed and chopped everything himself. Proud of him. Tasted ok

I'm good, thanks. The Kid is doing remote learning. He's got Asperger's and ADHD, but decided to quit taking the Concerta a couple months ago. He's extremely bright and a PITA, lol. Never shuts up. He got some special classes up to about 5th or 6th grade, they called them speech classes. And yes, he was hard to understand, still is a bit. But mostly they were teaching him stuff like take turns, don't interrupt, respect other people's things, etc.

He can't stand to be touched, that's one of his main things.

He's learning to cook, too. Today he wanted to learn to cook real oatmeal. He can make mac n cheese, grilled cheese sandwich, soup, scrambled egg, a broken-egg sandwich, microwave a hot dog, etc., and plan a simple balanced meal with fruit cup or fruit, yogurt and chips.
