On the road again....whee!!

Pismo was good. We did some touristy stuff, got some good hosting gifts for our friends who let us park at their place (full hookups too!! They had it set up so if parents came to visit they could set up their camper there). Awesome people.
saw some protest parades for reopening the dunes (offroad area). Makes sense. It’s a huge tourism draw. Between Covid, closing the dunes, they’re going to be closing the Diablo nuclear power plant (and yet that plant is always running at capacity and they don’t have any way of providing that amount of power...) that town is hurting.

Who makes these decisions anyway? That's crazy.

Feeling so grouchy . Trying to clean hutches and move things around. Son's back is hurting him. Hubby is trying to burn wood without enough kindling. As usual. Sigh.

I honestly am not sure other then most of the time it requires him to be on a ship. I know that they have laid under-sea cables and also done stuff for scientific explorations/studies.

WELL DONE H20 and pup on completing the trials.

Brother called he is in Denver. 4 hour lay over and then hopefully can hope on the plane and fly into Dickinson. Scheduled arrival is 7:33 pm

Finally managed to get flowers ordered on Sat morning and then get a phone call Sat afternoon/ they can't find any florist in the area to fill the order by 11 am on Monday. SOO guess its a quick check at the local (here) grocery stores and walmart and see what if anything would be appropriate. That will learn her kids (doubt it) to quit dicking around and then BAM lets do it Monday morning. Aunt passed weds night and arrangements weren't made until late Friday and then no notice until everything was closes.

Brother decided since he was up here already he will do his hunting trip here NOW instead of first part of Nov. Makes since and then only has to fight for seats once this year.

Rod said Twisty's calf was bouncing ,jumping, running around and in general just having a high old time yesterday so thinking/hoping there is really nothing wrong with that one foot/leg.

I had a kid with curled legs at birth, but I kept working on them and she turned out fine.

Been shoveling manure , like 4 loads of bunny poo onto the flower garden. Started moving one of the rabbit hutches. I need to do some repairs and modifications.
Feeling kind of down, seems like hubby doesn't approve of anything I do. He really hates it when I sleep in. I got up early today and brought the incubator downstairs so the kids could see the hatch. After about an hour I was cold and tired, so went back to bed. Then when I come down he has a snarky comment. It makes me wonder if he wants me around at all.
