I havent looked in years I guess. I just assumed they would be there past the emergency break release. .Not that I've seen
You got it! I just looked it up. Finally saw from that Vera picture that her rig is a RR Defender. There is a site on the whole history of them, and it said that the flaps were a primitive form of air conditioning!May be just to open up and let air in during hot weather. Cars used to have vent openings you could pull open beside your feet. Haven't seen those in so long I'd forgotten about them.
https://silodrome.com/history-land-rover-defender/I tried google on that rover. Dont tell me nuttin !
Did you read all that ?
You can see a pic of the dash taken from the back seat. The vents are in the dash.
Of course not! There was a little blurb giving the information when the results of my query came up. It was from that site... somewhere in all that text! I found the picture all by myself!Did you read all that ?
Even though the steering wheel is on the wrong side, the brake, clutch, and accelerator are arranged the same. Accelerator on right.Look at all them peddles ! you need 3 feet to drive it and live in England. LOL
