Depends what Orscheln's has available. Probably EE, I love them!I've done both! I've heard people say to play some chick peeps during the day before you add the chicks at night, since hens can hear hatching chicks through the shell. Night is important for the chicks also. They can be afraid of the hen, especially if much older than a day or 2. That's been my experience anyway.
Sounds like your hen is ready. Go for it!
What kind of chicks do you want?
Or playing with the dog!![]()
He knows proper manners. I think he acts out with you (and other family members) because it's safe. You aren't going to walk away from him. He was fine with me, and I put him in a couple of uncomfortable situations. He did good.Hahahaaa I doubt it Lynda. I can hardly wait. I feel like as soon as the guy knocks on the door just shoving Robert out and lock the door behind him. hahaa
I just hope who ever he is he has good manners because "mimic" can use some.
I like them too! Mine are very large. Was it you asking about dual purpose? I think EEs would be pretty good for that, although I have read that Wyandottes have a very good flavor. They lay small eggs, though.Depends what Orscheln's has available. Probably EE, I love them!
Well Ladies, I am tired.
Twist, I see you sneeking up the rear. LOL
I hope everyone has a good sleep. TTYT
