Granny's gone and done it again

How long have you been raising quail? Aren’t they noisy during the day?
I started a year ago in Oct. They are not as noisy as chickens or geese. Usually only noisy when they want attention. Then it is only roos that are noisy. Hens are as noisy as crickets.

IF you train it for yourself, it isn't necessary. But if you are training it for someone else, yes, it has to be certified. I could get her certified if I wanted, but it isn't necessary according to the ADA. You would have to contact your local chapter of ADA to know for sure.
As long as they have something on them that identifies them as a service dog, then all is well.
What do use? I always have people wanting to buy a puppy and make it a service dog.

But you don’t keep chicken or geese in your apartment.

Mostly basic training. That you can start as soon as they open their eyes. That will make them better for those that want to train them for a specific disability. I have PTSD and so does Lucy. So we fit very well.
The local Dollar General has adopted her as their model Service Dog Mascot.

No, but even when angry the roos make less noise than people play their music. LOL. No louder than people arguing. and usually quiet in the night. That is what matters the most.
