Granny's gone and done it again

so just before leaving for the drs I had a terrible pain in my leg and I was ready to call 911 til it started to ease and I had the drs appt today so I went there instead. Tom was calling Robert to get in here and he wouldnt come because he cant stand to see me like that. Tom is mad at Robert and taking it out on me. Dr thinks its a blood clot and has ordered a doppler to find out. Right now its swollen and painful. Then dr wants me to have cardio rehab 3/s a week and its too far to travel. He then gave me the news that I will continue to keep having MIs from now on. I had to bring Tom home and pick up Robert for the grocery store where I grabbed the bare min. I wasnt home til 6.

Keep on having MIs why? The one artery they didn't fix?
Would doing the rehab once or twice a week help? Three times is too much like work and they aren't paying you!

they said they had to have approval from my insurance. My Nancy said I should go to the er. Im too dang tired tonight. We will see what tomorrow brings.

My wigglers are still wiggling. LOL They are the size of a grain of sand. I can make out body shape w/ a mag. glass. Its so cool to take them from this stage to free swimmers which will be in a day or 2. I got them some food today while I was out. I hope they can eat it.

Keep on having them because my arteries keep getting blocked. I cant take their cholesterol meds and that would help prevent them and smoking as well of course. Now if there is a way to get rid of all this cholesterol then maybe it will help but a lot of it is hereditary as well.
Yes, I already knew this when we spoke earlier. I mean, if you think about it they have been coming for a while now and nothing had changed even in my meds. The one they didnt fix isnt that bad. Rehab is bikes, climbing stairs (cant do) and arm exercises . I can do that here at home and I can tell if its effecting my heart. I feel all the missed beats. Just gotta figure out what exercises I am able to do w/ my foot.

I decided to try sprouting seeds for the critters to eat. I bought some containers and plastic mesh today. I need some canning lids.
