I can NOT seem to get warm this evening, even "hugging" an electric heater. Fully dressed with -40* socks and longjohns on

Maybe snuggle up under a blanket will work.

Benefit is I don't have to sit at a desk to be here. I am happily snuggled on my couch with my blankie in front of the fire. Ahhh. I think, though, that I have a sucker sofa!

Granny did doc tell you to use heat or cold on it?

I'll check back in the morning. I'm heading for bed. Didn't sleep worth a darn last night. Either my Osteo or my RA was kicking up and my feet hurting kept me awake till after 1:30. Napped this afternoon but still feel tired so I'm off to bed before my pain meds have me nodding off in front of the computer.
