@BigBlueHen53. I happened to glace at the radar about 9 pm and saw a tornado warning slightly north east of Joplin. Didn't read anything on the news so figured that it hadn't done much damage. They usually don't this time of the year.
So strange having thunderstorms the middle of November. We moved to Missouri wanting to flee the Illinois government and for milder winters. People laugh when we tell them that. Truth is our average snowfall in IL was over 40 inches a year. Here it's only 22. More ice but less snow and cold. Gotta love it.
