I was talking to my housekeeper about the van. I cant get a ride. Im at a loss here. What is the guy gonna do? Throw me out ? He has a couple of hard chairs in there. I will be n so much pain.

Take a pillow with you. Tell him your health, and ask him if he wants a death on his conscious. (if he has one)
