last batch of apples I peeled, cored, cut up and sugar-cinnamoned them. Put them in freezer bags in pie quantities. I have all that mess done, and apples at the ready

I used to freeze them. soak them in salt water first so they didnt yellow and freeze them for fried apples. Good for breakfast

I have a recipe for "apple pie in a jar" where you " can" them which I may do latter on as I have no room left in either of the 2 chest freezers or the 2 in the main floor fridges.
