what do you do when someone comes in at 3am wanting a room?

there is a phone in an outside call box and instructions on what number to dial and then I get up , throw on a robe and check them in.

I had a batch a week or so ago and bought the food but they all died. Kinda mixed feelings about them. People ask every day for them but only sold 13 so far.
