I haven't caught up for today, so Blue's post is marking where I left off.

The pullets were delivered this morning. They are nicely tamed and used to people. Very lovely group.
I'm really happy with them!

The blue pullet is not a Wyandotte! I'm happy about that as the 2 I've had were grumpy and not great layers, small eggs too.

So, any guesses on her breed?

Got a card today. Beautiful card of the Madonna and the baby Jesus....you know who you are! Thank you. Really made me feel all Christmasy!

I actually have cards done and ready to go out. Just have to slap stamps on them and brace myself for our sphincter of a mailman to give me grief. I swear if he does I'm going to go full red headed German Cherokee on him! You guys may have to start a gofundme page for my bail!

Today I tried to call the dept of Revenue here to find out why we haven't gotten new plates for our car that is now sporting expired plates because our check hasn't cleared yet and we have yet to see new plates after 4 weeks of waiting.....40-50 minute wait.

Tis the season to be jolly fa la la la oh never mind.

Sadly, I have to get back to work now. Need to find them another feeder and mix my pellets in with the bit of theirs that the owner brought. I'll be back in a little while.
