I dont understand

beef roast is 4 to 7 bucks a pound and jerky is that much a few ounces. Last time I figured it out LIKE $50.00 a pound for jerky

aint you supposed to use steak? Once a 3 lb roast is dehydrated you probably dont have 6 oz.
