Granny's gone and done it again

yeppers Gene used to make jerky all the time used roasts and sliced thin OR burger and just mixed the seasonings in like you would meat loaf , shoved it in the jerky gun and squeezed. Into the dehydrator it went . Homemade you can control the amount of seasoning and just how dry/hard you want it.
How much does all the equipment cost?
