I did a big grocery trip and looked around a couple of shops. Lot of people out today. Guess they were trying to get things done before the big shutdown tomorrow. Petitions going around to recall the governator. It's like the third one. Never going to happen. He's too greasy. How was everyones day? Cap, Wishing ?
Cheapest place I found was Home Depot. $60+ for a 5-6 footer. If you go to the tree lots, it's quite a bit more, the they have nicer trees. Trees are trucked down from Washington and Oregon.Mind if I ask how much it cost ? They are around $20.00 here.
what will close down? Will drive thrus like mcdonalds still be open?I did a big grocery trip and looked around a couple of shops. Lot of people out today. The postal system is getting a real workout this year with everyone home and ordering stuff for delivery. It always takes longer during the holidays, but this year there's a lot more to deliver.Tomorrow will be a solid week since I mailed out cards.
Hair and nail salons, museums, bars, gyms, and restaurants are take out or delivery only. Groceries and retail stores will be open but limited on how many people can be inside at one time. They are keeping the parks open this time, thankfully. Schools never really opened, so no change there.what will close down? Will drive thrus like mcdonalds still be open?
ya I guess. I hope my candy dont go bad. If everyone that has a late package files a claim they would go out of business. The postal system is getting a real workout this year with everyone home and ordering stuff for delivery. well its been like that pretty much here. Some places stay open while similar places are closed. Just kinda willy nilly .Hair and nail salons, museums, bars, gyms, and restaurants are take out or delivery only. They only want "essential" workers to go to work, everyone else is supposed to stay home. Ha. Once again they should follow their own rules, as a politician is hardly an essential worker. Waste of time is more like it!
Not well. Too hot in the summer. Monterey pines and Douglas Firs do okay. Have some on the back property line... must be 50-60 ft tall. Don't have enough lights for even one of those!wow !
