that creamer is no good for you. It is made out of the by products of making corn syrup. It usually says "corn syrup solids" in the ingredients. Change to milk. LOL

You need to be watching your salt intake, Granny. Especially hidden salt. It'll rise up and bite you in the butt if you aren't careful.

@Granny Hatchet I spent 52 bucks at the smoke shop Thursday. It got me 2 1# bags of tobacco, 6 carton of tubes, and two boxed of Tar Bar. Should last me at least 6 weeks.

my BP is fine. Its my adrenal glands that causes the problems.
