Granny's gone and done it again

I wanted warm pudding. I like it hot and I like the skin.

sigh then DO NOT buy instant. get the good stuff aka COOK AND SERVE

personally if I just want pudding I like the pudding leather as well.
 
see and I would use a smidge less milk to make sure it was nice and thick and held its shape when serving.

Also put a layer of cling film over the pudding after getting it into the shell. Then you don't have that layer of pudding leather.
how much is a smidge ?
