Granny's gone and done it again

X2. MAYO, not the Sweet White Goo. <shudder!>
Funny story about that. After I was widowed about 16 years ago I went to stay w my brother for a while. I bought a lot of my own groceries. One day as we were making sandwiches together, he asked to use some of my mayo. He loved mayo, he said, but his wife only ever bought MW. He said he hadn't had mayo in about 20 years. He went on and on about how yummy it was and how much he missed it. Finally I said, You know you can get it for about 67c a jar, right? 😆

I never go back and read. I just hop in and start talking like I know what's going on. :gig
You do a good job of it!

Chick, did I tell you about my foot ?

Night Verna, night everyone. I'm heading for bed and hoping that my shoulder lets me sleep tonight. Gots pies to bake in the morning.

Today I saw how many Christmas cookies I could eat! I impressed even myself, but then I kept telling myself that as of Dec 26 I am back on my strict diet again....and went for the choco chip cookies!

Goodness they were good.
Hope your shoulder eases.

Gnight to all them gone.

Sounds like a quarter-cup scoop. Twist, fill it with water and dump it into a quarter-cup measuring cup. See if it comes out about the same. If not, try a one-third, then a one-half cup (dry) measuring cup. It will at least give you an idea how much it holds, without making a big mess.

no way is it a quarter cup , pretty sure its smaller then a tablespoon.

SIGH and off I go again.
