What kind of housing do you use Verna? If I do move forward with it I would need something super easy to clean because the chicken shed already kicks my butt. lol

Let me take a pic of my set up. All I do is pull out the bottom tray that catches their poop in shavings, empty it, put clean shavings in it, Then finished. Next post I should have a pic.

Mine is outside 24/7 and is a lot different from Verna’s. I’ll show you tomorrow

The first photo is a store pic of my breeding cage (which I have to clean tonight) and the other is an actual cage being used.

I started out building my own, then bought those cages from www.WynolaRanch.com. Much easier on their feet, and my back.

I wonder where I would put it though. If yours is in a garage of some sort I would need to build something to cover it.

Mine are in my "bedroom" in my apartment.
