Granny's gone and done it again

The little weak one seems to walk on his hocks... Hopefully he will get better. I’m going to try not to get my hopes up. The yellow one really wants him outta that bowl! :lau

Granny, I roasted a butternut squash and it was so yummy. But it's hard to peel and cut up. Carrots, parsnips if you like them, potatoes, and sweet potatoes are all good roasted. Peel and cut into one-inch chunks. Put in a bowl and drizzle a Tbsp or two of oil over them. Add salt and pepper and toss well. Heat oven to 425. Place vegs on a flat cooking sheet. Don't crowd! Bake 30-35 min. Best if you can turn with a spatula at 10 and 20 min. Yumyum!

Morning/afternoon. LOL I didnt want to get up. Chicks are cute, hope it gets its legs Huff.
Cap, Never tried salt. No windows but our lamps are there. Its a double strip light bulbs . Led .I did use the razor on it a few times It will float away and reattach .

Oops, I forgot to say, for easy peazy cleanup, put a sheet of parchment paper on your cooking sheet under the vegs. Just toss that away and you barely havecto give your pan a quick rinse in soapy water when done.

Yeah, you probably don't have to peel them, just give em a little scrub.
