If there is another stimulus, you can help the economy by hiring someone to fix your house. Going to lose value if that leak gets too bad.

And I want carpet or hard wood so badly. I wonder if I should turn it over to insurance. They will wonder why I waited so long.

well the insane winds we had managed to blow a gate or something open last week and the golden bull and the 3 heifer with him ALL managed to join the main herd. so that's the end of that breeding group for the year. HOPEFULLY all the gals are either pg OR done cycling.

Chain around every gate! Learned that from the horses.

Good morning. Big winds and another sleepless night. I heard some ominous sounds, but it's still too dark to see. Front porch light and a peek out the window showed damage to the canopy over #1's car. Thank goodness the car looks okay. And I hear the first garbage truck of the morning so roads are open, at least around here. Trees down and some fires happened in a couple spots. And we still have power. Yay! Weirdly warm temps again today... good for laundry. On no. I had laundry out on the line last night. Hope nothing embarrassing lands in someone's yard!

Huge winds here today. Hubs built a roof on top of one of his sea containers which blew off...onto the beav. (Motorhome). Smashed a skylight, roof vent, and did some hopefully only cosmetic damage on one of the roof ac units. Also rubbed a corner and some other damage...
Goose has not been wanting to go outside in this and is afraid to go into the yard...he had an accident in the house (my fault, I was distracted hubs was oblivious and by the time I went to move to let him out he just let go. Sigh. Thank gosh for tile...)
I’ve started taking him for walks in the front yard (lee side of the house) so that’s working for now.
garbage day is tomorrow but they’re calling for even more wind tomorrow. As is I moved the garbage bins from the side of the house to between the garage door and my truck (lee side!)

got payroll checked but not entered and haven’t done any of the other stuff I thought I’d get done tonight. Oh well. Can enter payroll tomorrow am and everything else when I get to it. Gotta figure out the freakin 1099, do a healthcare census thing and do some 401k reporting still too before the end of the month. Ugh. I hate this time of year.

there is mold and it is black. I dont think its the dangerous kind although we have had that already. Had the EPA out here testing the air.

My roof is leaking into Roberts room and my faucet is broken in my bathroom. Luckily I have 2 in there but I hate that. Feel like the house is falling apart.

Yeah you need to do some repairs. How long do the roofs last?
