Next on the list was the pullet coop. Since they spend so much time locked up (because they are fence jumpers) I try to clean the coop and run at least every other day. It gives us time to socialize. These girls are super friendly.
Bit of a traffic jam to get out.
Outside and out of my hair, So I can clean in peace.
It's like cleaning a big cat box!
This one always shows up. She doesn't want to miss a thing!
Today she wanted the nest box. She likes to gather the plaster eggs and the golf all and set on them all!
Pidgey always comes in to say hello. She talks non stop!
She even keeps me company cleaning the run.
How's this for a high tech feeder? It actually works great. They can't tip it and they have some privacy while eating.
And when I went out to lock up just now, I found that the nosy pullet actually laid her little green egg!
And everyone made it back into the coop. They get a little freaked out from the flash!
