Be careful, I tell people no forced exercise at all until 18 months. Take him to fenced area where you can jog and he can lay down when he wants.

Ugh. Sadly that’s a little unobtanium around here. I keep it short and steady - under 3 miles and nothing too rip roaring. He barely goes over a lope.

Lol, I am here to join the Low Energy group. That's me, Granny and Cap so far. Wonder if it has anything to do with that polar cap slip-sliding around over the top of the planet, dumping feet of snow all over the eastern seaboard. Sucking energy right out of everything.
