Oh I didn't tell you we got about half an inch of snow today. I don't know what the low was, but at about 2:30 it was 28°F. COLD!

something interesting today. At the store Robert commented on a boys mask. He said thats the only person in here wearing the right kind of mask. The man and his son was behind us in line and I struck up a convo telling him what Robert had said. His son w/ the mask was autistic. severely non verbal but the dad said it was the only mask he would tolerate. I asked Robert would he wear one like that and he said no.

What were they like?

I don't think there is any doubt he is the right companion for you. He has really helped heal your heart!

Now that he’s getting to the snuggly mama stage it’s good. I mean. He’s not peach. He’s the polar opposite from her and she left such a hole in my heart. That’s not going to go away, and goose is never going to replace her. But he is his own special soul.
Every time I lose a dog, I lose part of my heart. But with a new dog...they give me part of theirs.

I took the rooster and the hen that isn't broody down to Turkey Town. Of course it had to start raining. So only one hens left in that quail hutch. I want to remodel it anyway.
