Not really, tails have muscles and bones. Foreskin is only skin.

I am sorry but that it the most sensitive skin on the body. Have you ever seen it done? When I worked at the hospital they didn’t even numb it. They just strapped them down and cut.

I don’t remove them. They actually use the dew claw for many things. It is also right over the the stomach meridian and it is not good to scar that area.
