Yeah, me too, but Pert's no dummy. I just looked up news for Abilene. They are also having rolling blackouts and power outages, running out of city water. They got a lot of snow, though, so if he's got fire he can melt snow.

Most of TX is in the same boat. It's pretty bad. I hope folks were prepared.

How are they running out of water ? I want to say he has a well.

My water heater went out a couple yrs back Cap and I thought I was going crazy not being able to shower. I feel ya. Does your neighbor have electric?

No, but she has a generator and a mobile home with a shower.
