so it did rip but not completely ? seems like you would need to stay off it til it heals. Not PT
Yeah, from what he said it sounded like a partial tear of the ligaments that surround the outer ankle bone. I have been lightly exercising it and have gained some flexibility in it. Now I guess I need strength and increased mobility. We don't want it to freeze up. I'm sure they'll take it slow and easy! They don't want me on the floor shrieking, that's not good for business! :lau
