Finally got the chores done. Now I can relax and chill out.

I think my iron is still low. I helped Robert make some lamb and it was rare . I ate a small piece with the blood dripping down my chin. It was delicious !

It's best rare. Good for you too. Grass fed

ours has a faint scent but I cant smell it unless I try to

My copd keeps me away from perfume but one of the cats jumped right in. I will get my normal stuff when Im out tomorrow and mix it in.

I gues it makes sense to have strong perfume because being scoopable it says something about lasting a month. I will be glad to get the regular stuff back.
