Eh. I just feel, bleh.

Do something kid for yourself today! Even if its just taking a nap because you feel drained. It doesn't have to be something that you used to make you feel happy, try and find something that still makes you happy.

And if you can't do that, then start small. Do something kind for yourself by eating, and keeping hydrated.

There is an old saying that does work. Fake it until you make it. Sometimes you trick your brain into making it a reality.

Its usually better to just embrace your emotions. Supressing them just makes it worse.

I am VERY good at bottling up my emotions. But they will burst out eventually, and its much harder to handle them when that happens, rather than dealing with them when they present themselves

I know. I am famous for bottling up mine. But there is some truth to the saying. If you focus on the depression, it makes you more depressed. But if you channel your thoughts to more positive emotions, then it can help.
