Cant spry water on wet caulk. Caulking is supposed to last 10/20 yrs. depends on what you buy. Everyones roof is caulked.
He said the roof was ok other then that . We will see.

I hope you can set aside the money you expected to spend on the roof for a rainy day fund. It's a good habit and very reassuring to keep a little reserve stashed away for those unexpected emergencies.

I still need to find a dentist and a new doctor. Got up this morning around 9:30, had a bath, came downstairs. Ate breakfast, and fell asleep on the sofa. Slept all day. Something must be wrong, I just don't know what.

There's a big swap on the east coast of VA this weekend, and I would like to go check it out but it's a 3 hour drive one way. Not sure if I am up for that. Don't plan on selling, just want to check it out.

Used to be. But it damages cells. Explodes blood cells, for example. They know better now.

evening all, Woke up to over an inch of the snow and the ground and then it snained or rowed ALL day. THANK THE LORD !!!!! The grass poking thru the snow is actually GREEN wasn't that way on Sunday.

Still the 2 until Sat, AND if either persons doesn't show, I have a waiting list and they are just out their deposits. I had to go and buy two 1/4 sheets of plywood to put over the puppy box weighed down with 36 pounds cement blocks.
