Most dentists over overwhelmed right now and finding a provider for a particular insurance that has availability is extremely difficult right now especially in smaller, more rural areas.

Hi Muddy, I know they are but these guys are saying they wont see Robert and there are No other dentists taking medicaid. What is he supposed to do?

Is that even legal? He is fussing at me saying I didnt fight for him. I should of made them prove we missed 3 appts. (we didnt) but I dont see how I can make this right.

You will have to see where the next closest Medicaid provider is located. I honestly don’t know of any offices except oral surgeons and affordable dentures that are providers. I think family health center here in Jeff may be.

Thanks Muddy. I will check them out. I dont blame you for not having employees ! That way you know what was said and what you did! I was very polite to that woman on the phone and it was like she was just daring me. LOL
