Yes, it does help if the ticks bite. Kills them, mostly. But the dog still gets bit... I'm not sure if it prevents the dog from getting tick borne diseases, though,, which is the biggest problem with ticks.

It does help, Wishing. I believe the tick has to stay on for 24 hours to transmit diseases. If they die before that, problem solved. Learning that has REALLY helped me with my tick phobia. Well... it's helping, anyway. I actually went outside gor a while yesterday to putz around in the flower garden.

Hard time driving today. Rain was coming down in sheets. Dr said there is a lot of inflammation in my hand. Probably from arthritis . Told me to use voltaren 4xs a day and ice it. Brace at bedtime if needed.

Yeah, I was just reading through the announcements. I guess it's a good thing we were quiet today. Sounds like threads that were active at the time were targeted.
The person gained entrance by hacking a moderator's account. I think it was Kathy's.
