Since we didnt have the right size locking washers I suggested silicone . What do you think, will that hold the nuts ?

I don't know. Never tried it. Maybe it'll act like loctite.

I never made piza crust before, it was surprisingly easy. Did it in the KitchenAid. Let it rest in the fridge most of the day. Hard part was getting it onto the very hot pizza stones in the oven from the counter after rolling it out. Rather like wrestling a small anaconda in a fiery furnace, lol.

try sprinkling a little cornmeal on the peel or board under the crust it helps make the crust slide in SO much easier.

Thank you, I used to have a really good camera, but they quit making film for it. I am retired, and am a professional chicken tender, lol.

You can get pretty decent pics with a good digital camera... or even a good phone camera! I took this with my old iphone 5:
