Was "blackened." The Man liked the crusty bits. I cut it off for him and I ate the tender bits. It was very yummy with a little fresh lemon squeezed over it!

Indeed it was! I had browned it first in a skillet.

I had a lemon and an orange sitting on my counter and the smell was terrible in there. I picked up the lemon and it was wet so I tossed it then the orange was green mold all over it! That what smelled so bad. I had it a whopping 3 days.
