Got some bocchoy from farmer's market, think I'll saute it with onions & pork meatballs or spam, cook 4 hoe cakes.

Eh, you know, what don't hurt don't work. I see a new rheumatologist the end of the month. Longer drive but hoping for better things.

I've been having a lot of foot pain. Doctor thinks it's due to my arthritis. Kinda puts a crimp on being on my feet a lot. A person takes their feet for granted until they are painful then you realize how much you depend on them.

Are you getting the same hot and humid weather that we are having here? I would be happy if we would get some mild weather but now it's two seasons, cold and hot with no chance for a body's body to acclimate to the season change.

My DH suffers with foot pain. Neropathy I think. He can barely walk most days. I feel for you. I hope your new dr. has new plans to help you.

I have neuropathy in my legs and feet from nerve compression in my spine. Mostly in my legs but some tingling in my feet also. Give him a hug for me, Granny and tell him he isn't alone.

I need to get on the move also. Making sautéed beet greens for me tonight and a beet green and spinach salad for my DH. I need to get out and thin out the beets I planted. Can't let good greens go to waste!

I'm using arnica pain relief gel on my knees & big toe joint. It helps a bunch, especially at night, got it at Walgreens.
